In 1998, C A Maggi had the idea of writing a philosophy book entitled Travelling at the Speed of Life. 

At the time, the author was studying the social sciences, with a particular focus on social policy. 

Having observed that ideology usually prevents a common ground of understanding between people, the author attempted to develop a fair and balanced approach towards differing points of view, applicable across a wide range of contentious public issues.

Being the only distributor of Travelling at the Speed of Life has provided some interesting research opportunities. Yet marketing, promoting and distributing books are rather time-consuming activities.

In view of the above, book distribution will no longer be a core feature of C A Maggi's work. However, it is important to note that this will not affect the continuing independence of this publisher.
