  In your message, please state
the total maximum price you will pay for one copy of the book,
including the cost of packaging and registered postage

Also indicate whether you wish to receive a signed or unsigned copy


CLOSING DATE  20 September 2010

For successful bids,
payment will be required within 28 days
of acceptance.

If your bid is unsuccessful,
you are welcome to try again at a later auction
(if copies of the book are still available)
